Visions of Sugar Plums Dance in My Head

(shiksa blogger on Christmas morning)
Merry Christmas! Peace and love to everyone who celebrates on this special day. Did Santa bring you the gifts you were hoping for?
If you want me today, you can find me with the other Jews at your local Chinese restaurant, playing Mah Jongg with the restaurant staff.
Thank you Melissa, Momentary Academic, and others, for your holiday cards. And special thanks to V-Grrrl for sending me this amazing gift from Belgium! I can’t think of a better gift!

Nothing says “Happy Holidays” to me more than a little boy holding his little penis, just like the one in Brussels! I’ll put my little “Manneken Pis” on my mantle, right next to my Hoagie Blog President Award and my imaginary Oscar.

Why does that top image of “shiksa blogger” remind me of Cheryl Ladd, ex Charlie’s Angel? Or the style of art even hints at the style of old Coca Cola ads…
Enjoy your little guy…AND your new statuette.

V-Grrrl is so kind. What an awesome statue.
Will you have a blogger wall of fame or a blogger wall of shame for all of your internet knick-knacks?

Oh that is a cute statue. V-grrrl knows you well
Onto the pic at the top of your post - why can’t I look like that on Christmas morning??
Happy Holidays Neil

I wish I had a mannequin pis on my mantle.
You forgot about the movies, the activity of choice for all Jews to pass the time while everyone else finishes their ham.
I laughed out loud at your shiksa goddess. Happy, Happy, Merry, Merry to you and your family Neil.

Your blog is acting crazy again. Should I be paranoid?

Merry Christmas, Neil.

How much do I love Neil? I gave him a BIGGER Manneken Pis than I have on my own desk.
One day, I expect the Little Man to be pissing on the golden feet of your Oscar, Neil.
Gee, I think Sophia’s lovely photo would make a great graphic for a NEW Citizen of the Month banner.
Enjoy the day!

I think Christmas Day is the equivalent of bonus time on Wall Street for Chinese restauranteurs.
Merry Christmas, and keep that Mu Shu Pork coming!

Where in the world did you find that old picture of me? I posed for that years ago when I was going through my “blonde” phase.
Happy, happy, joy, joy to you and you and you.

Happy Christmas! Te adoro mucho. I got a grizzled half-hug from Mr. Hakim at the nursing home. I thought I would sit home and be sad and bitter once again, but there is nothing to describe my day. My grandma is well and the residents loved my cupcakes, the first (edible) thing I have baked in six years. They loved my dumb cupcakes. I hope you had a great Chinese food day

Are you going to hook that little guy up to a fountain?
By newyorkmoments on 12.26.06 5:38 am
The proud Jewish Christmas tradition from years and years ago: a movie and Chinese food.
My Kung-Pow chicken? Eh…I’ve had better Christmas meals.
