But I will comment a bit about Florida. Boca Raton sucks, period. I spent a week there back in 1994 or so, and hated every minute of it. People there have only two topics of conversation: their investment portfolio and their ailments. I will never retire in Florida. and yes, you are a hell of a lucky guy to have this cool relationship with your mom. I don't even like calling mine up on the phone.
