Not only that, I'm betting regardless of her thyroid, she would still probably be pretty small. Her build is very tiny. With or without her thyroid problem, she'd probably be smaller. If I was a rail, I'd still probably be a size 8, and according to our society, that's not skinny. It's almost not normal. It's not fair that we look at anorexia and bulimia as these absolutely repulsive and fucked up diseases when obesity is too. No one would dare go up to a fat person and say "Are you obese?"
